  • 2oz Butter, softened.

  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour.

  • 1 Tbsp Erythritol.

  • 1 Tbsp Matcha Powder.

  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Flakes.

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Pulse into a smooth mixture.
  • Scoop the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
  • Dredge each ball with coconut flakes.
